Payment is due on the day of the meeting. Dr. Ervin accepts cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) for payment.
Dr. Ervin is not a participating provider with most insurance companies and is typically considered “out-of-network.” While Dr. Ervin does not bill insurance companies directly, she will provide a detailed receipt that clients can submit to their insurance company for potential reimbursement.
If clients do not show up for their scheduled appointment and have not provided at least 24 hours’ notice, they will be required to pay the full cost of the reserved session.
